At our core, we believe in the power of resilience, redemption, and storytelling. This platform is inspired by Jamara, an author born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina. Despite facing significant challenges, including navigating the prison system where he is currently incarcerated, Jamara’s story is one of strength, perseverance, and hope.  

A proud parent to one daughter and a grandparent to one grandchild, Jamara uses his experiences to inspire and connect with others. Through his writing, he shares his journey, offering a voice to those often unheard. This space is dedicated to amplifying stories of transformation and creating meaningful connections.
